This statement explains why the visual content on GeneratePorn.ai is exempt from the U.S. federal record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 — and the strict conditions we enforce to keep that exemption valid.

1.Statement of exemption

The record-keeping and labeling obligations of 18 U.S.C. §2257 and §2257A apply to visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct. The content generated on GeneratePorn.ai is produced wholly by machine-learning systems and depicts no actual human performers, models, or other persons. Because no real human being is depicted, the content is not subject to §2257 or §2257A, and no records are required to be maintained. Accordingly, none are kept, and there is no Custodian of Records to designate for such content.

2.Our safeguards

The exemption depends on our content genuinely depicting no real, identifiable person. We enforce this actively:

• Generation of any depiction of a minor, or anyone appearing to be a minor, is strictly prohibited, screened against in real time, blocked, logged, and reported to the authorities.
• Generation of sexual content depicting a real, identifiable person without that person's consent — including "deepfakes" of public or private individuals — is strictly prohibited.
• Prompts are screened before any generation runs, and the generation system may refuse unsafe requests. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

3.No real-person inputs

GeneratePorn.ai generates content from text prompts and AI-generated imagery created within the platform. It does not produce content depicting actual human performers and is not a tool for processing photographs of real people. Users must not direct the service to create a sexual depiction of any real, identifiable person; any such request is prohibited under our Acceptable Use Policy and screened against. Where any content is alleged to depict a real person, we act immediately under our Content Removal & Takedown process.

4.Reporting non-compliant content

If you believe any content on the service depicts a real person (including yourself) or a minor, report it immediately so we can remove it and, where required, notify the authorities:
