Content Removal, Takedown & Reporting
Anyone can ask us to remove content — you do not need an account. We treat reports of content depicting a real person without consent, non-consensual intimate imagery, and any sexual content involving minors as urgent. This page tells you how to report each type and the timelines we commit to.
We have zero tolerance for any sexual content involving a minor. Report it to removals@generateporn.ai immediately. We remove it, preserve evidence, and report to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, in the EU/Ireland, to Hotline.ie / INHOPE and law enforcement.
1.Remove content depicting me
If you believe content on the service depicts you (or someone you are authorised to represent) without consent, email removals@generateporn.ai. You do not need to prove ownership of a copyright — it is enough that the content appears to depict you. We will review and, where the report is valid, remove the content and block re-generation of the same material.
2.Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII)
We comply with the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act and equivalent obligations. If you report an intimate or sexual depiction of yourself that was created or published without your consent, we will remove the reported content — and any identical copies we can identify — within 48 hours of receiving a valid request. Submit reports to removals@generateporn.ai with the word "NCII" in the subject.
3.Minors / CSAM
Any content sexualising a minor is illegal and absolutely prohibited. We screen prompts to prevent it, remove any such content immediately on discovery or report, preserve relevant records, and report to NCMEC and the relevant authorities. Report to removals@generateporn.ai.
4.Other complaints
To report any other content you believe breaks our Acceptable Use Policy — bestiality, non-consent themes, hate, or other prohibited material — email removals@generateporn.ai. We aim to acknowledge reports within 1 business day and resolve them within 7 business days, faster where the content is illegal.
5.What to include & our timelines
To help us act quickly, please include:
- A link, screenshot, or other identifier for the content;
- A short description of the problem (e.g. "this depicts me without consent");
- Whether the content is non-consensual intimate imagery or involves a minor (so we can prioritise);
- A way to contact you, and a statement that your report is made in good faith and accurate.

Submitting a knowingly false report may carry legal consequences.
6.Copyright — DMCA notice & takedown
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to valid notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws. If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at dmca@generateporn.ai including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material (with a link or location);
- Your contact details (name, address, email, phone);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, the law, or an agent;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights-holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We will remove or disable access to validly notified material and notify the user where appropriate. The user may submit a counter-notice with the same elements. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
