Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want billing to be honest and predictable. There are no automatic renewals and no surprise charges. This page explains exactly what is refundable, what is not, how to cancel, and how to reach us before raising a dispute.
Failed generations are refunded automatically in Credits. Memberships never auto-renew, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid a future charge. Credits you've already spent on a completed generation are non-refundable. Unused top-up packs can be refunded within 14 days. Talk to us first — we fix billing problems fast.
1.Generations & Credits
Credits are digital credits used to produce content on demand. Because a successful generation is delivered to you immediately and consumes real compute, Credits spent on a completed generation are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged back into currency, except as set out below for unused packs.
2.Failed or faulty generations
If a generation fails for a technical reason in the service — a timeout, a submission error, or a network failure — the Credits for that job are automatically refunded to your balance. You do not need to ask. If you believe a charge for a failed job was not reversed, contact billing@generateporn.ai with the job details and we will correct it.
3.Policy-blocked generations
If a request is blocked by our safety filters or refused by the generation system for breaching our Acceptable Use Policy, no successful output is produced. Where the request is rejected before compute is spent, no Credits are charged. Where the request is refused after processing begins, the Credits are not refunded, because the attempt consumed generation resources. Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content may lead to suspension without refund.
4.Unused top-up packs
If you purchased a top-up pack of Credits and have not spent any of it, you may request a refund of that pack within 14 days of purchase by emailing billing@generateporn.ai. Once any Credits from a pack have been spent, that pack is no longer eligible. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
5.Memberships & cancellation
Starter, Creator and MAX memberships are paid for a fixed term (monthly or annually) and do not automatically renew. This means:
- You are charged once, for the term you choose. Nothing is billed again unless you actively buy another term.
- There is no recurring subscription to "cancel" — your plan simply ends at the close of the paid term, and you keep full access until then.
- Because access continues for the full term you paid for, membership fees are generally non-refundable once the term has started, except where required by law (see §6) or where we are unable to provide the service.
- If we materially reduce a plan's core benefits during your paid term, contact us and we will make it right (pro-rata credit or refund).
6.EU / UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content and credits supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins with your consent. By purchasing Credits or a membership and starting to use it within the 14-day period, you expressly request immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for content already delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights where a service is faulty or not as described.
7.Crypto & method-specific notes
Cryptocurrency payments settle on public blockchains and are irreversible once confirmed. Where a refund is due on a crypto purchase, we refund the equivalent value to your originating wallet (or, at our discretion, as Credits), net of network fees and using the exchange rate at the time of refund. Telegram Stars purchases are refunded in line with Telegram's policies.
8.Billing problems & chargebacks
If you don't recognise a charge or something went wrong, email billing@generateporn.ai before opening a dispute with your bank or wallet service. We respond quickly and resolve genuine billing errors directly — that's almost always faster than a chargeback. Filing a fraudulent chargeback on a service you used may result in account termination and forfeiture of remaining Credits.
Your statement or wallet history shows a discreet billing descriptor, displayed at checkout, so charges are recognisable without revealing the nature of the service.
