Terms of Service
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Feral Signal Limited, the company that operates GeneratePorn.ai. Please read them — by creating an account or using the service you accept them in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1.Who we are
GeneratePorn.ai (the "service") is operated by Feral Signal Limited, a private company limited by shares registered in Ireland under company number 814597, with its registered office at 20 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 H364, Ireland ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means the individual using the service.
2.Eligibility — adults only
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally permitted to access sexually explicit material where you live. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The service generates explicit adult content and is not intended for, or directed at, anyone under 18. We may require additional age assurance and may refuse or revoke access at our discretion.
3.The service
GeneratePorn.ai provides tools to generate, edit, and animate adult images and video using a proprietary AI generation system. Features, capabilities, and prices change over time and may be added, removed, or modified without notice. Outputs are produced by machine-learning systems; we do not guarantee that any particular prompt will succeed, that outputs will meet your expectations, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
4.Your account
You need an account to use the service. Authentication is handled by our secure account system; you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One person, one account. Do not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account or access. Tell us promptly at support@generateporn.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.
5.Credits & pricing
The in-app currency is Credits. Each Credit is valued at approximately US$0.01. Generations cost Credits depending on the mode and settings — for example, standard images from about 5 Credits, edits from about 10 Credits, and video metered per second of output. Exact costs are shown in the app before you spend.
- Top-up Credits do not expire.
- Credits included with a membership as a monthly allowance may expire at the end of each billing cycle, as stated for that plan.
- Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are non-transferable between accounts.
- Prices and Credit costs may change; changes are not retroactive to Credits you already hold.
6.Memberships & billing
We offer memberships (currently Starter, Creator and MAX) for fixed monthly or annual terms, plus pay-as-you-go Credits. Plan inclusions are described at checkout and on our pricing page.
Memberships do not auto-renew. Your access runs to the end of the period you paid for and then simply lapses unless you choose to renew. We never store your payment instrument to bill you again automatically, and nothing is charged without an action you take.
Because there is no automatic renewal, there is nothing to "cancel" to stop a future charge — your plan ends on its own at the end of the paid term. You keep full access until then. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
7.Payments
Purchases are priced in US dollars. We currently accept payment by cryptocurrency (including BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL and others) and Telegram Stars. We may add further payment methods. Payment processors handle your payment data under their own terms; we do not receive or store full card or wallet credentials. A discreet billing descriptor is shown at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you. Cryptocurrency transactions are settled on public networks and may be irreversible once confirmed.
8.Refunds
Digital goods and consumed generations are generally non-refundable, with important exceptions for technical failures and unused purchases. The full, binding terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9.Acceptable use
Your use of the service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It contains absolute prohibitions — including any content involving minors, non-consent, or real identifiable people without consent. Breaching those prohibitions is a fundamental breach of this agreement and may be reported to the authorities.
10.Your content & licence
The service generates content from your text prompts and AI-generated media created within the platform — it is not a tool for bringing or processing photographs of real people. As between you and us, you own the prompts you write and the outputs you generate, to the extent such outputs are capable of ownership under applicable law. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, transmit, and store your prompts and outputs solely to operate, secure, and support the service. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train AI systems. You are solely responsible for your prompts and outputs and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and consents.
11.Our intellectual property
The service, its software, branding, the Credits icon, and the GeneratePorn.ai name are owned by Feral Signal Limited or its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in them beyond using the service as intended.
12.Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law or a payment partner, or to protect the service or others. Serious violations result in termination without refund and forfeiture of remaining Credits. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
13.Disclaimers
The service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable; you use them at your own risk and are responsible for how you use them. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish or EU consumer law.
14.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
15.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feral Signal Limited and its officers, employees, and partners from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your inputs, prompts, outputs, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or your violation of any law or another party's right.
16.Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
