GeneratePorn.ai is an adults-only platform for generating AI images and video from text prompts. This policy is the line we do not cross. It applies to every prompt, edit, output, caption, tag, and share — and to anyone who accesses the service. Breaking the absolute prohibitions below results in immediate termination and, where the law requires it, a report to the authorities.

1.Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and it must be lawful for you to access sexually explicit material where you live. By using GeneratePorn.ai you confirm both. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. The service is not available in jurisdictions where the content it produces is illegal.

2.Absolutely prohibited content

You may not create, request, edit, animate, store, or distribute any of the following — as imagery, video, audio, or text, whether realistic, stylised, cartoon, "hentai", or otherwise. These prohibitions apply to outputs, prompts, negative prompts, tags, and captions alike.

• Minors / CSAM. Anyone under 18, or who is depicted, described, or implied to be a minor — including child-coded language or styling ("teen", "schoolgirl", "loli/shota", "jailbait", "little girl/boy", age-play, age regression), and any AI or cartoon depiction of a minor. Absolute, no exceptions.
• Non-consensual sexual content. Rape, sexual assault, coercion, blackmail, "asleep / drugged / unconscious / passed-out", kidnapping, or any depiction of a person who cannot or does not consent.
• Real people without consent. Sexual or nude depictions of any real, identifiable person — including public figures and celebrities — created without that person's explicit consent, and any non-consensual intimate imagery ("deepfakes", NCII).
• Incest. Sexual activity between family members or close relatives, including role-play framing.
• Bestiality / zoophilia. Sexual activity between a human and an animal — including cartoon, anthropomorphic, mythological, or non-human creatures.
• Death & extreme harm. Snuff, necrophilia, mutilation, dismemberment, torture, serious injury, heavy blood/gore, or content glorifying self-harm or suicide.
• Trafficking & exploitation. Any content that promotes, advertises, or depicts sex trafficking or the exploitation of any person.
• Weapons in a sexual context used to threaten or harm (knives, firearms, replicas), and content sexualising terrorism or mass violence.
• Bodily-waste & obscene content (scat, urine, vomit on a person) presented as sexual content.
• Hate & harassment. Sexual content that dehumanises or incites violence against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, disability, gender, or sexual orientation.
• Illegal drugs. Promotion or facilitation of illegal drug use, sale, or manufacture.
• Intellectual-property abuse. Unauthorised use of trademarks, logos, counterfeit goods, or a real person's likeness for commercial gain without rights.

3.Prohibited prompts & search terms

The prohibitions above apply to what you ask for, not only to what is produced. Submitting a prompt, negative prompt, tag, or search term intended to produce prohibited content is itself a violation, even if the generation system declines or fails to generate it. We screen prompts in real time (see §6) and block, log, and may report attempts that target prohibited categories.

4.AI generation only — no real people

GeneratePorn.ai creates content from your text prompts and the AI-generated imagery you produce within the platform. It is not a tool for processing photographs of real people. You must not use the service to create a sexual or nude depiction of any real, identifiable person — including public figures and private individuals — without that person's explicit, informed consent.

Directing the service to depict a minor, or anyone appearing to be a minor, is forbidden without exception (see §2). You are responsible for your prompts and for ensuring everything you generate complies with this policy and the law.

5.Prohibited conduct

• Do not attempt to bypass, disable, reverse-engineer, or "jailbreak" our safety filters, age gate, or access controls.
• Do not use the service to harass, defame, stalk, threaten, extort, or harm any person.
• Do not resell, sublicense, share, or transfer your account or access.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, or automation that degrades the service or exceeds normal individual use.
• Do not use outputs in any way that breaks the law in your jurisdiction, including obscenity, data-protection, and image-rights laws.
• Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as real, or use it to deceive, defraud, or impersonate.

6.How we enforce this

Enforcement is layered and largely automatic:

• Real-time prompt screening. Before any generation runs and before any Credits are charged, every prompt is screened against our prohibited-category filters. Prompts that match are rejected outright and recorded.
• Generation-system moderation. Our safety checks and AI generation engine may refuse a generation. A refusal is treated as a policy event, not a service fault.
• Logging. We keep records of blocked prompts and policy events to detect repeat attempts, cooperate with law enforcement, and demonstrate our controls.
• Human review. Repeat or serious events are escalated for manual review.

7.Consequences of a violation

Depending on severity, violations lead to one or more of: a blocked generation with no charge; an account warning; suspension; or permanent termination without refund. Attempts to generate content depicting minors, non-consensual content, or sexual content of real people without consent will result in immediate termination, preservation of relevant records, and reporting to NCMEC and/or the relevant law-enforcement and hotline bodies (including, in the EU, Hotline.ie / INHOPE).

8.Reporting & content removal

If you believe content violates this policy, depicts you without consent, or involves a minor, report it immediately:

This policy works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and §2257 Exemption Statement. We may update it as the law and our safeguards evolve; material changes are posted here with a new effective date.
